Hello fellow Bloggers :)
Just posting another video I have found on TeachersTv: ICT
It may be of particular interest to the members of Lin's presentation group, ICT and the child.
I feel it gives us a broad understanding of how ICT is embedded in an early years setting, covering all areas of learning.

Week One
Well week one is done and I must say I feel overwhelmed with emotions of relief that everyone is so nice and excitement for our coming journey!
Like everyone else I feel I am on information overload and I will need to train my brain to take in all the information we are being given. However, I can't wait to officially get going!
I have been scouring the newspaper internet sites for articles of interest for us.
A few things I have found,
http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/children-hit-hardest-by-legal-aid-reform-says-study-2356830.html
http://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/unhappy-british-children-trapped-by-consumerism-unicef-2355035.html
I also found a video on Teachers TV: How do they do it in Sweden?
I thought this carried on what Fiona was saying about Britain ranking bottom in the league for child development and well-being among the 21 developed countries and Sweden topping these results. This video shows the Swedish approach to Early Years Education.
